Beginner Pole Tricks
Led by a dedicated team of instructors, this class is perfect for those that have always wanted to learn pole tricks. In this 1 hour class you will go through a heart pumping warm up, work on strength and conditioning exercises, then learn basic pole tricks, sits and spins. Interested in learning more? This class is the next level up from Beginner pole tricks. If you have nailed your spinning climb, sit and layout from the Beginner course on both sides, then you are ready to join Intro Intermediate pole tricks. This class is where you learn to go upside down and also learn new pole tricks and longer combos!
This is the next level up from Intro Intermediate pole. If you have nailed all your tricks in Intro Inter and can comfortably go upside down on both sides, then you are ready for this class. In Inter 1, you will start focusing on your invert straddles and all the tricks you can do from your straddle. You will also work on handstands against the pole and laybacks.
Intermediate 2 is the next level up from Intermediate 1. If you have mastered your outside leg hangs on both sides, your laybacks and your ballerina, you are ready for this level.
In Inter 2, you will learn aerial supermans, aerial ballerinas, different tricks from outside and inside leg hangs and you will start conditioning for shoulder mounts
Intermediate 3 is the next level up from Inter 2. If you have nailed your aerial superman, aerial ballerina, baby butterfly, inside leg hangs and have worked on your shoulder mounts, this is the class for you.
In this class you will continue to learn various tricks from outside and inside leg hangs, along with shoulder mounts, extended butterfly and longer combos.
This is the next level up from Inter 3. If you have nailed all your tricks from Inter 3, can do an extended butterfly on both sides and can shouldermount on both sides, then this is the class for you.
In this class you will learn new tricks and transitions from shouldermounts, handsprings, static V's with different grips and many other tricks and transitions
This is the next level up from Pre Advanced. If you can aerial shoulder mount, static V, brass monkey and jade split, than this is the level for you.
In this level you will learn different advanced tricks, transitions and combos using both strength and flexibility.
Intro to Static
Intro to Static is all things pole without the spin! Suitable for levels Inter 1 and above, explore static rotations, momentum and flow. In this class, students will also strength build and condition, and visit moves that may not be possible on spin, including flips, flares and drops.
