What Classes Should I Take As a Beginner?
We recommend starting with our Beginner Pole Dance and Beginner Tricks Level classes.
These beginner pole dance classes are designed to help you build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning the foundations of pole technique and movement. You’ll discover how to grip the pole safely, master your first spins, and link basic transitions with flow and style.
Most beginners join 1–2 classes per week to build consistency.
As your confidence grows, you can mix in Fitness & Stretch or Aerial Yoga sessions to boost your flexibility, mobility, and overall body control.
