Our Dance Classes & Levels
Easy Dance Classes

Perfect for first-timers and those building strong foundations.
Easy Dance Classes focus on learning the basics in a relaxed, judgement-free space. You’ll work on simple spins, grips, transitions, and beginner choreography while building confidence, coordination, and body awareness.
Who should take this level:
Brand new to pole or dance
Wanting to build confidence and technique
Prefer a slower pace with clear guidance
Easy / Beginner classes are highlighted in pink on our timetable.
Spicy-Intermediate/Advance
Dance Classes
Take your skills to the next level with floorwork, inverts, tricks and choreographed routines.

For students ready to level up their strength, flow, and creativity.
Intermediate/advance classes introduce more complex transitions, floorwork, controlled inverts, and longer choreographed sequences. You’ll start combining strength and movement with musicality, style, and personal flair.
Who should take this level:
Comfortable with basic spins and transitions
Working on inverts and intermediate tricks
Wanting to explore flow, heels, or choreography
