Beginner Pole Tricks
This 1-hour class is perfect for beginners looking to explore pole fitness for the first time.
Our friendly instructors will guide you every step of the way, making sure you feel comfortable and confident.
You'll start with a warm-up to get your body moving, followed by strength and conditioning exercises to help you build the foundation for pole.
Then, we’ll dive into the basics, learning simple tricks, spins, and sits that will have you feeling empowered from the very first class.
Intermediate & Advanced Pole Tricks
Ready to level up your pole skills? Our Intro to Intermediate Pole Tricks classes are the perfect next steps after beginners!
Intro Intermediate
If you're confident with spinning climbs, sits, and layouts on both sides, it's time to take things up a notch.

In this pole class, you’ll start working on going upside down, learning new tricks, and building the endurance for longer combos.
Intermediate 1
If you’re confident with your upside-down moves on both sides, you’re ready to level up.
​​In this pole class, you’ll work on invert straddles, explore tricks that build from them, and start mastering handstands against the pole and laybacks. ​
Intro To Intermediate 3
This class is your final prep before stepping into the exciting challenges of Inter 3. Think of it as the perfect bridge to refine your foundation, strengthen key tricks, and smooth out transitions.

​In this level, you'll refine your technique, explore more intricate transitions from inside and outside leg hangs, and build endurance for longer, more fluid combos.
​​Intermediate 3+ Tricks & Spins
Looking to refine the tricks you have learnt into some combos? This class is the place for you! Learn trendy tricks and intricate transitions for Inter 3+ level. Unlock new possibilities, and take your pole journey to even greater heights !
Intermediate 2
If you’re confident with your upside-down moves on both sides, you’re ready to level up.
​In this stage of your pole journey, you'll take your skills to the air with aerial supermans and aerial ballerinas, refine your inside and outside leg hangs, and build serious strength with shoulder mount conditioning.
​Intermediate 1+2 Tricks & Spins
If you've aced all your tricks in Intro Intermediate and can confidently execute upside-down moves on both sides, you're primed for this class.
​In this class, you'll dive into the world of invert straddles and explore a multitude of tricks stemming from this foundational move. Get ready to master handstands against the pole and into the art of laybacks.
Advanced Pole Tricks
Ready to defy physics? Advanced Pole Tricks is your playground for exploring high-level moves, big drops, and effortless flow.
Intro To Pre Advanced
This pole class is all about building strength, flexibility, and technique to set you up for success.​
​​Flexibility is crucial at this stage to tackle exciting moves like handsprings, ayeshas, and a variety of aerial tricks including shoulder mounts, ballerinas, extended butterflies, and inverts.
​​Pre advanced/ Advanced
If you've already mastered aerial shoulder mounts, static Vs, brass monkeys, and jade splits, then this class is your ultimate playground!
​At this level, you'll need a perfect balance of strength and flexibility, so make sure you’re actively working on your splits, back flexibility, and shoulder mobility to conquer these next-level maneuvers.
